He responsible to upgrade their product's technologies. Petter Oppenheimer Senior vice president and chief financial officer. He will manage and he's responsible anything that related about finance. Dan Riccio is a senior vice president Hardware Engineering and his job was creating a better hardware compare to the previous hardware.  Philip W.Schiller is a senior vice president worldwide marketing. Here we can see Apple's specialization and departmentalization for example for software they have a vice president who will manage anything related with software and he has few employees under him. When we talk about work team few people from different department will perform a team to finish a specific jobs for example if apple want to create a new product which is new iphone so the people from software department, hardware department, technologies department and design department will perform a team to create that product.
