Shocking news!!! Apple plan to create a new product which is Television. It is an Apple's new strategy to growing their products and sales. Apple's Television will come out with extra ordinary features compare to televisions are already in market. User can buy or rent HD movies from itunes. Apple provide a new features in their new product which is Airplay in television. This feature let users wirelessly stream user's iOS devices to the HDTV, so users able to display in big screen from the user's device such as iphone, ipad or ipod. This product also have a new feature which is dual screen, for those who are loved to play games. It able to separate 2 screen our device will be our controller.

Apple Tv looks so small but powerful and efficient. Its easy to setup just plug the power cord into the wall and connect Apple tv to our high definition TV which is using a HDML cable.

Apple's SWOT Analysis

This is 100% my opinion toward Apple's SWOT.

Strength
-Always up to date their Software and their software was solid so far no lag problem when using their products.
-Apple's employees had many experience in developing software and hardware.

Weakness 
-Many compatitors in this field.
-Few products only compare to their compatitors example Samsung manufacturing television, air conditions and etc compare to Apple.
-Apple product is not friendly user.

Opportunity
-Apple's products such as iphone and ipad are portable and lighter compare to other companies products.
-increasing demand for cloud based services

Threats
-china clone with cheapest price compare to original.
-Compatitor may copy their products's features

Apple's Target Market

When we talk about target market is discuss about a group of people with similar wants and needs and can be expected to show interest in the same products. Apple focus in market segmentation to sell their product. Market Segmentation is divided into few categories.

Geographic Variables:- Apple's product is suitable for any countries because users able to setting their phone example phone's language.

Demographic Variables:- Apple focus on users with minimum age 16 and people who are still study because their products are suitable for student to do their work in class or anywhere and of course to have their products customer's salary at least RM 2,000 per month.

Psychographic Variables:- Apple also focus on people who are care about their health or lifestyle by provide Health and Fitness application in their products.

Behavioral Variables:- Apple provide better quality of product with many features to attract their customers so we can see many users are giving brand loyalty to Apple.

Executive Management

Tim Cook is a current CEO in Apple. He will manage what to do and always try to come out with new idea to develop the company. Eddy Cue is a senior vice president internet software and services in Apple and he will manage anything that related with internet software. Craig Federighi is a senior vice president software engineering. He will manage anything that related with software and giving idea to develop their software or make sure the quality of software to before provide or publish to customers. Jonathan Ive is a senior vice president industrial design will manage the design of their products. Bob Mansfield is a senior vice president Technologies. He responsible to upgrade their product's technologies. Petter Oppenheimer Senior vice president and chief financial officer. He will manage and he's responsible anything that related about finance. Dan Riccio is a senior vice president Hardware Engineering and his job was creating a better hardware compare to the previous hardware.  Philip W.Schiller is a senior vice president worldwide marketing. Bruce Sewell is a senior vice president and general counsel. Jeff Williams is a senior vice president operations.
Here we can see Apple's specialization and departmentalization for example for software they have a vice president who will manage anything related with software and he has few employees under him. When we talk about work team few people from different department will perform a team to finish a specific jobs for example if apple want to create a new product which is new iphone so the people from software department, hardware department, technologies department and design department will perform a team to create that product.

Difference between oldest iphone and current iphone

iPhone

iPhone
This is the 1st generation of iphone. This iphone was introduced by Steve Jobs in 2007. The dimensions of this iphone was 115mm(H), 61mm(W), and 11.6mm(D). Its weight was 135g. It was using iOS 3.1.3 as operating system which was the latest software that time, introduced after a year. Their 1st software was iOS 2. CPU that iphone used was Samsung 32-bit 620MHz.  So from here we can see iphone using term business to business. Samsung create a CPU only for iphone. When we talk about display, it was using 3.4 inch screen and its pixel resolution was 320x480 and it's rear camera was 2.0MP.

iPhone 3G
When we talk about iphone 3G we couldn't see huge difference between iphone and iphone 3G.
the design was same and it was second generation of iphone. It's dimensions 115.5mm(H), 62.1mm(W) and 12.3mm(D) and it's weight 133g. It's operating system was iOS 4.2.1. when we talk about CPU it was just same with the previous iphone it was using Samsung 32-bit 620MHz. So overall the major difference is operating system it can support new update which is iOS 4.2.1.

iPhone 3GS
Again the design was same. The dimensions were same with iphone 3G and its weight was 135g.
it was using iOS6.1.6 as operating system. Apple add new hardware into this product which was system on chip which was Samsung S5PC100. It's CPU was 600 MHz ARM Cortex-A8 designed by ARM Holding.
Again Apple add another new hardware which was GPU. It's GPU was PowerVR SGX535. So its had better graphic system compare with the previous product.

iPhone 4

Apple came out with new design for their new smartphone which was iphone 4. Its dimension was 115.2mm(H), 58.6mm(W) and 9.3mm(D). Its weight was 137g. Its original operating system wass iOS4 and it can also support the current software which is iOS7.1.Its display 3.5 inch and its resolution 960x640. Rear camera 5MP and it has front camera also with 0.3 MP. Apple came out with ints own system on chip which was Apple A4, but its CPU and GPU were still same with iphone 3GS. 

iPhone 4S
When we talk about iphone 4S it had similar look as iphone 4 even the dimension also same but its weight 140g. it's original operating system was i)S5 and it can support the current operating too which is iOS7.1. It was using Apple A5 as it's system on chip. It's CPU was 800 MHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 as it's new CPU and same goes to GPU, it used PowerVR SGX543MP2 as it's new GPU. For rear camera Apple was bought camera lense from Sony which was Sony IMX145,8 MP. 

iPhone 5

Its dimensions 123.8mm(H), 58.6mm(W) and 7.6mm(D) with weight 112g. It's original operating system was iOS6.0 and it can support iOS7.1. Its system on chip was Apple A6. Its CPU was 1.3GHz with dual core and GPU was PowerVR SGX543MP3. Display was 4 inch with LED backlit IPS TFT LCD 1136x640. rear camera 8MP.

iPhone 5S

Its dimensions and weight was same with iPhone 5. Its operating system was iOS7.0 using system on chipe Apple A7 and M7, M7 was a motion coprocessor. CPU 1.3 GHz Dual core and GPU PowerVR G6430 (four cluster@200MHz). Its Display and camera was same as iphone 5.

iPhone 5C

Its dimensions 124.4mm(H), 59.3mm(W) and 8.97mm(D) and its weight 132g. Using iOS7.0 as a operating system. Its system on chip was same as iPhone 5. Even CPU and GPU also same as iphone and same goes to Display and Rear camera. 

So from here we can see Apple try their best to provide better product and always came out with new idea and new future to subtitude their product and always up to date. They realise utility of users, so to full fill the needs and wants they always research to develop a good product. Apple also doing corporation with other company or business to business for example for their 1st iphone they buy processor from Samsung and same goes to camera they buy camera from Sony for their iphone 4S.

Apple is an American mutinational corporation company. Apple was founded in 1 April 1976 by Steve Job, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. In 2011 Apple was take over by Tim Cook which is the current CEO. Apple also known as general partnership which is master limited partnership becouse this company fully controlled by Tim Cook.

Apple's Product

Apple sells consumer electronics, such as ipad, ipod, iphone and mac. Apple using thire own operating systerm for theire devices known as IOS. Not only operating systerm, Apple also design or develope few software for theire product such as itunes for media browser and safari for web browser. Apple always refer to the utility to attract users in terms design of the product and also futures. Apple using term Customer Relationship Management becouse the buyer will get few application for free it's worth around USD 9.99 for one application. Apple always substitute product with new design, new futures and new software and hardware.

As we can see in 2007 Steve Jobs introduced iphone and in 2013 iphone 5C and iphone 5S was introduced by Tim Cook. So we know that the design and techonolgy that Apple used to develop theire product are not same.
